manage learner login pwd

I want to integrate the list of enrolled learners (students) with my private web page.

That is, I want to produce, manage and keep a list of enrolled learners and

integrate (inject) that information so that Adobe Connect behaves accordingly.

I want a web-services API for that.

Does that exist?

Yes, there is a user creation API. All the API's are available in the Web Services document found here, Adobe Connect | Adobe Developer Connection.
