Meetin room "locks" down

Our problem is randomly "locked" meeting rooms. Once this happens you can not connect to meeting room and connect says the meeting room needs to be re-launched. How do I do this?

Problem is very annoying if you have prepared a meeting room and exit the room and all sudden this happens. So far the only solution I have found for this is to reboot the server. Not very practical way especially if there are simultaneous meetings going on...

Is this a bug or what has happened? Should we always "end meeting" instead of "exit meeting" as a host?

    Does this also happen when the meeting owner stays in the meetingroom?

    I think there always have to be one from the "Meeting host" group in the meetingroom.
