Meeting Access Error

When I enter the meeting room, Sometimes I got a “ValidateUserError.invalid.missing” Error.
I' m running Connect 9.0
Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

    Are you attempting to access the same room multiple times or different rooms in quick succession?

    The same room and different users and computers.

    We've done several tests with one or more hosts, but is very unstable since updated to version 9.

    OK, call support, 800-945-9120, as they will be able to pull the logs from your account and identify what is causing the issue.
