Meeting access for external participants

I have a meeting scheduled and expecting about 100 participants. I need to find out a way to have these participants attend the meeting without me having to provide individual permissions for them to attend the meeting. Is there a certain way I need to send the invitations to these participants so they will be able to attend without me spending most of the meeting granting access to these external participants? Thanks in advance.

Set the permissions for the meeting to :

Anyone who has the URL for the meeting can enter the room

Then you won't need to manually accept the guests.

So how do I set the permissions? When I go to that option, it only shows my name and I can pick either 'manage' or 'denied'.

The option for permissions is at the bottom of the Edit Information tool.
