Meeting participant couldn't link to ACP mtg on iPad

Hi everyone,

I set up a meeting with a client who was using an iPad. She was not able to get the iPad app without a credit card. Does this automatically happen? I had sent her an email with the link to our meeting, and she followed that link. Thanks for any help you can give.
