Question

Meeting recording: sound and video tracks from different presenters are not in sync

Dear all,

in a 90 minute recording of a webinar with two presenters discussing, the webcam and audio track of one presenter is faster than the one of the other. So after some time, they become more and more detached, which makes it impossible to understand the conversation.

I experienced this before and therefore did an audio capturing with another software parallel to the meeting, so I at least have a decent sound file, but it is of course not matching the video.

Is this a known problem? Do you have any solutions for this?

Kind regards

You can try the Jaydeep recording tool to see if the issue is around the time stamps on the recording source files.

    https://my.adobeconnect.com/jrra

You will need to download the source files of the recording and can do so by adding /output/NameHere.zip?download=zip to the URL for viewing your recording. Then use Jaydeep's tool and re-upload the zip of the fixed source files. The Connect Support team can help with this if needed.
