Meeting recording stuck on connecting (0KB content)
I have a problem with adobe connect meeting recordings. Some of the recordings (around 1%) stuck on connecting and have zero KB disk usage.
I am using Adobe Connect 9 and already installed latest (9.0.4e) patch. My cluster has 8 adobe connect server clusters working with a primary database and a content server.
The flv and xml files associated with the recording can be found on the cluster and It seems that data couldn’t transfer from adobe connect server cluster to content server but I don’t know what is the problem?
