Meeting Test

I'm using a monthly subscription to Adobe Connect and I'd like to send out my own email invitations that include a "test link" to ensure that my attendees have the proper flash player, etc. Should I send them this link: https://na1.connect.acrobat.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm or is this only for hosts/presenters? None of my participants will be presenting Please advise.
