    May I also suggest reinstalling the Adobe Connect Add-In. You can access it within the Connect room in the upper right corner of your screen. Select Help>Downloads. That might fix your issue. As mentioned previously, having the most up-to-date Flash Player is key. You can test your connect settings here: Connection test | Adobe Connect Meeting

    What is crashing? Are they using the Connect Add-In? Have you tested with/without the Add-in? What version of Flash Player are they using (Google Chrome Users should be up to date, but worth checking)?

    Have you contacted Adobe Support to see if they can identify any issues server side? Adobe Connect Help | Adobe Connect Support

    @jorma, here the answers:

    the simptoms of crashing:

    - the audio of the participants and the presenter, is "indented" - fails from time to time.

    - video administrator and some users are freezing.

    Some guys are using the add-in, some are not, and all are experiencing the problem. here a list:

    these kind of problem, intermittent audio and freezing video, are related to connection speed? or connect version?

    the lower speed connection is 2MB...

    thanks in advance for your help!

    kind regards.

    Well, depending on how many video and audio streams are being broadcast, the lower bandwidths of 2 MB could be an issue. In my experience live video streams can consume up to 700 Kbps each at the highest quality setting. So, 4 video streams could potentially saturate users with 2 MB connections. That combined with VoIP audio, screen or document sharing, etc. will mean that something doesn't get through. You can use this document as a guide to estimate bandwidth need, go to the next to last page for bandwith estimates, http://www.getconnect.com/wp-content/uploads/Adobe-Connect-9-Technical-Guide.pdf.

    Using a lower quality setting may help, you can change the room bandwidth settings at Administration > Compliance and Control > Share Settings > Room Bandwidth Settings. Here you can pre-define (and lock if you wnat) the quality settings for video and screen sharing on your Connect account.

    If some optimization doesn't help, then you may want to reach out to Support as mentioned above.
