Meetings 'turn grey' in Connect 7

A few seconds after I enter the meeting (I see all the pods and everything) I get what appears to be a full-screen gray box with no text or buttons. It just fills the entire screen and the only way out is to close the meeting window altogether.

This doesn't happen with all meetings. I am running a licensed version of Connect 7.

    The share pod has probably been left in Full Screen mode. You enter the room as a participant, the share pod expands to full scree, you have a big gray screen. Have the host give participants the full screen option and you should get a button to bring the share pod out of full screen mode.

    That was it. Thanks Jorma! I went to the meeting permissions, made myself a host, then went in the meeting and closed the full screen pod.
