Menu bar icons in Adobe Connect

Hi all,

Adobe Connect has recently updated its e-learning classrooms, where all the icons on the menu bar are now black (previously grey). Some of them only turn green once they are in use. This is completely inaccessible due to poor contrast, to the point where some learners could not see the icons at all in the classroom. Is there any way to change this? Customer support has been extremly unhelpful and now wants to "run diagnostics" on my computer. Not comfortable at all with that and it doesnt seem to be related to solving the actual problem, which came from THEIR updates.
