Mic problem

Hello everyone. I have problem with using my mic in Android app. 

When I give the permission of using my mic to app I can't use my headset to hear the voices and also I can't use my headset mic to talk it seems like there is no headsets on my device. 

And then I have to use my tablet speakers and mic to stay in connection which is not really good.
