Microphone drops out during class. How can I prevent this?

I teach students with Adobe Connect, all goes well and then the student can no longer hear me.  My Logi-Tech headset is fine.  Sometimes the situation corrects itself, on other occasion I need to reload the browser and resume the class.  The chat box does not operate for me either, the student can broadcast and type in the chat box.

I observe the Ping Read out and while I have a good connection there are occasional Time outs of one line duration that should not impact, I believe.

Any ideas to prevent this problem would be appreciated.

My thanks in advance.

Any time you have a loss of connectivity, your audio will stop broadcasting, but you should only need to reconnect your mic. I'm not sure what would cause to to have to re-launch the room or why the chat box is non-operative for you.

Are you on a wired or wireless connection? If wireless, switch to wired and see if that doesn't resolve the issue.
