Missing Graphic

Same sales presentation as my previous post but just realized that some of the graphics on one slide are not showing up. Any assistance as to why this might and how to fix be would be extremely helpful. Using PPT 2003

    I am not sure why this happens but it recently happened to us as well.

    One slide was missing 2 graphics after upload that clearly existed in the original. File was originally a .pptx and we first tried downsaving the file to .ppt but we still encountered the same error after uploading.

    Keeping file as a .ppt we replaced the graphics. Because we no longer had the source image file we right clicked on the graphic within the .ppt, chose "Save As Picture" to desktop and then reinserted.

    Haven't had the opportunity to further explore if it was a image format issue (.png, .jpg, .gif, other?) or if the original pics were embedded but good news is that after re-adding the pictures to the .ppt and re-uploading the file the graphics appeared perfectly.
