MP4s Stopping then Restarting

Hi. We are having an issue where MP4s we have uploaded to Adobe Connect are stopping at random places for different learners. Sometimes the video will stop at the same spot for some people but it is very random in that for some people it plays fine and for others it will stop in random places. The video will not progress forward and just stays stuck. When you click play the video returns back to the beginning. Thanks.

    Are the users watching in Chrome? Does it work better in Edge/Safari? 
    Is your Connect account hosted by Adobe or on-premise?

    This is happening in both Chrome and Edge. We don't use Safari. It is hosted by Adobe. We've tried different resolutions but that doesn't seem to help. The MP4s are about 100 MB. Thanks.
