Question

Multiple logins in one Meeting room

We use zoom and tutela for our web conferences at work, we use video etc. never had a problem. Interfaces with all the browsers, having quite a few issues with adobe.

Any idea how to log out if you see your status as a student/participant logged in three times, maybe because  I used new windows to open the connection, so it is showing my status as name 1 , name 2, name 3. Any tips re log out would be appreciated.

Having multiple users with numbers after the name indicates that you have the Meeting room open multiple times. The more common reasons I see this happen are if links are double clicked to open the room or if the meeting rooms ends up being  re-launched  by clicking the room link because it was minimized, instead of finding it in the task bar.

If you see yourself in there three times, look for the room to either be open three time in the Connect Add-in (looks like four green boxes in your task bar) or three browser tabs open for the room. Close the ones that you don't want. You can tell which one you are logged in as because your user name in the Attendee list pod will be italicised.
