My adobe app doesnt work with my record lesson

When I using the Adobe connect  app it is working in the lesson but when I want to watch the record then my app doesnt work. The app refresher own pages and record cannot open . I uninstall and reinstall again too many times yesterday and still same

    Try adding ?proto=false to the end of the URL for the recording.
