Need help getting recordings with audio and video to play get an html error

I have a large catalog of publically displayed videos that can not play.  the audio is there but the ppt slide is not.  i get this error message nsupported content only content in HTML or hybrid formats.  How can i fix these with out re-recording over 200 videos?
