New Adobe Connect App partipant guide on how to use

Is there a pdf for participants on how to use the new Adobe Connect App?    I am not on a mobile phone or tablet when presenting.   However some of particpants can only attend thru that platform.  I am looking for a quick quide I can send with my invite so if they are going to use that platform they have instruction on how to manuever thru the app.    

Any informaiton would be greatly appreciated.
