Did you create a meeting room? https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/using/creating-arranging-meetings.html

Once a room is created it will have a static URL that you can use in your web browser or the Desktop Application for Connect. Make sure you are a member of the Meeting Host group as well, as that may be required for the room to fully unlock when you join.

Hi,

may be not the right place to ask, but we are at least 2 collegues facing the same problem : When trying to connect to a meeting already created I can only be alone, maening no one else can connect. And if some one else is already connected, then I cannot connect myself to my own meeting !

As I told you my collgue have the same problem.

Any idea ?

Make sure you are using the right tool in Connect. If you have only a license for Virtual Classrooms or Seminars, then the Meeting function will be limited to 1 concurrent attendee.

For example, this account has a Named Virtual Classroom Manager license. If a Meeting is created instead of a Virtual Classroom it will only allow one attendee in the Meeting at any given time.
