New Login Procedure - Need Help

Hi everyone,

When logging into Connect I'm now asked to provide a URL along with my username and password.  Can someone tell me where to retrieve this info?  I've looked everywhere but Adobe's help and support system doesn't seem to offer anything this granular.

This is expected behaviour, here is a discussion around it: Adobe Connect User Community 

The easiest solution is to use the direct link to the account you are trying to access, http ://yourcompany.adobeconnect.com/,  instead of a link that calls to the server cluster but includes the account inforamation, http ://na3cps.adobeconnect.com/system/login?domain=yourcompany.adobeconnect.com

Thanks for the help.  I've tried 3 variations of my company's name and none work as part of the URL.  Do you know how I retrieve the URL for my company?

What is the original link you were using prior to this change?
