No audio on a Recorded meeting

Hi, I have an issue with a recorded meeting. When we have online clases we always record them so that students can whatch them later, but in this one record of a meeting, only the audio of the Host is missing. The recording has not been edited nor modified, and there was no audio issue during the meeting. We dont use VoIP or telephony, just standar webcam and PC mic¿What can i do?

Webcam/PC mic is VoIP - FYI.

If the audio is not in the recording, then there isn't much to be done. You can open a ticket with Adobe Connect Support to see if they have any solutions or an explanation of why the audio was not recorded. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html
