No connection to the login page of Adobe Connect

Ich habe eine Adobe Connect-Testversion (30 Tage) bestellt und auch die entsprechende E-Mail mit Url und Kennwort erhalten.

Leider kann ich die Anmeldung jedoch nicht durchführen, da mein PC nicht zu der Seite von Adobe verbinden will:

- Nicht, wenn ich die URL in der Mail anklicke,

Auch nicht

- via Firefox (wo es Probleme geben kann, was ich weiß)

aber auch nicht

- via Explorer

- Nicht bei ausgeschalteter Firewall

Alle Tricks, die ich kenne, helfen nicht. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

    I have an Adobe Connect trial version (30 days) ordered and received the corresponding e-mail with url and password.

    Unfortunately, I can not perform the registration, because my PC will not connect to the page from Adobe:



    - Not if I click on the URL in the mail,

    not

    - Via Firefox (where there may be a problem, I know)

    but not

    - Via Explorer

    - Not when switched firewall



    All the tricks I know, did not help. Can someone help me?

    But do you know of any trick? I guess it is a more general problem (possibly concerning the connections from the respective server to the one of Adobe).

    Funny that I can get connected to the forum, but not to Adobe Connect as such.

    Sure. No worries about German language. I edited the title to make it easy for more community members to participate, if they wish to.

    I have also passed the thread to our Support team to troubleshoot. Someone should respond in some time.
