No make offline or download button is in action.

I want to upload the recorded file of the classroom in the University sites CMS.

On a website, I read that I should choose the action dropdown in front of the recorded content and then choose the make offline from that menu but there is nothing except Edit in the menu.

is there any way to make recoded content to be downloadable as MP4?

I found the answer and that was my OS.

I'm working on Linux and there is no adobe connect application for this os, and I didn't know that I should have the adobe connect Application for making it offline.

so I installed windows beside Linux and it worked.
