No sound after a couple of seconds

I use Adobe Connect 9.2 in MACOS X.9.3. After a couple of seconds, when I started Screensharing my sounds ended, when I get back to connect I see there is no sound sign just richt of the mic, by clicking the mic Connect is blocked. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I am presenter and host of a webinar withing 3 hours
