Not able to play old recordings.

Hello,

 

I migrated from Adobe Connect version 9.8 to 11.0.6

I am not able to play recordings that are more than 5 years old in a browser with the standard interface. Only in the app with the classic interface.

 

And I need to use a link with the following format:

https://serveradobe.blah.com/p2w4pdrsy6j/?html-view=false

 

Is this a known issue?

    There is a point where recordings made in an older version of Connect won't work in the standard view. You are currently in the small window where these recordings can be played back and captured for future use, so you may want to look at getting an alternate version of these recordings before Classic mode is gone. That or keep an old version of Connect running somewhere to have as an archive.
