"Not Taken" scores average seems high

Hello,

I was informed by my helpdesk that there is an increase in calls from students saying they don't have scores from the Post Tests they have taken in Connect. I have verified that Connect does show them in the class for the duration, but the scores show the student as a “Not Taken”.

A couple of days later the student is trying to look at his/her score in the LMS and see nothing, hence the call to the helpdesk. The student reported that they completed the VCT with no apparent technical issues.  We are using Virtual Classrooms for the training and are on version 9.8.01.  We did a analysis of a couple of the VCT courses and found 4.5% of the learners are receiving this ”Not Taken” score.

Has anyone experience this high of a “Not Taken” score?
