Open a meeting in a pop-up rather than in main browser window

Hi,

I used to be able to open all my Connect meetings in a pop-up window (in fact this opened automatically), I was on XP.

I just switched to Win7 (don't know if this is relevant) and now every time I open a meeting it opens within the browser window (In Firefox or IE).

The pop-up was much more useful to me, does anyone know if/how I can force my Connect meetings to open that way?
