I'm getting an "operation failed" message when trying to upload any content.
Is this a system problem today?

    I'm the only one on this account, do I have to put myself in as an author? I had uploaded content before, so I'm thinking that's not it.
    The problem cleared the next day.

    To upload content you have to be a member of the Authors group.
    Administration > Users and Groups...

    If thats OK - then what kind of content are you trying to upload?
