Others can hear me after I have closed the program

on adobe connect, when i close the icon after a call, it doesn;t seem to log me out and people can still hear me and I can hear them yet I have closed the program. any ideas how to fix?

    Hi Poonam,

    Are you sure there aren't multiple instance of Addin/browser open on your machine? Also, i hope you are using VoIP to communicate and not telephony, as telephony may continue to operate even if you close your meeting room client.

    Hello again,

    Sorry if i wasn't clear earlier. Were you using Microphone attached to your computer or were you using a phone to communicate in the audio conference? If the latter, then you must make sure that you hang up your phone too after meeting ends. If the former (using Mic), then it should automatically stop as soon as you close the meeting room.

    I hope this eliminates the possibility of 2 clients opened on the same system?
