what does it mean when a participant name is blue in the participant list?

Thank you so much for that! Do you also happen to know what the F means? I know it means flash, but what else? Are they connect via browser or app?

I am also curious about the new 'F' icon, I dont think it just means browser access as when I tested it it showed up next to one participant using a MAC on the browser and another on Android mobile app.
