Participants being disconnected when host shares
In Adobe Connect, Standard view, for one client, when the host attempts to share his/her screen all the participants are disconnected from Adobe Connect. They are not on their VPN; usually joining via browser. Once sharing is stopped the connections are re-established. Switching back to Classic view seems to have resolved the sharing issue. We think this is something on the client's side, but unable to tell them what it may be. Suggestions
