Pausing and un-pausing cameras

Hello,

Is there a way that we can turn the "pause" feature OFF for the users? With our trainings we need to be able to see everyone live and it is frustrating to always have to ask them audibly to un-pause their cameras. If this is not a feature I think in a future update it should be an option in preferences.
