Pausing status symbol when Articulate courses are uploaded to Adobe connect

I created PPT in Articulate utilizing Engage and 3rd party audio files.  I loaded them into Adobe connect as a curriculum.   Everything looks good.  However, after I take each course, some of the courses have a 'pause" symbol instead of a "green check mark."  Because the system will not recognize the completion of the coures, students cannot continue to the next course on curriculum that has pre-requisites.  Has anyone experienced this or help?

    Not sure. It sounds like you need to contact Articulate and see what they advise. I cannot advise since that is a competitor to our Adobe Captivate/Presenter.
