Payment by credit card

Hello. I've tried to buy Adobe connect by credit card.

I entered correct information about credit card and then clicked continue

but website was not moved on to next page and also no error message was not shown.

I asked credit card company about this problem. They said they can not find any problem about the credit card

but they are afraid that Adobe website has  some problem for payment.

Please let me know how to buy Adobe connect by credit card.

    If it is not working at this site, Adobe - Adobe Connect Service Plans, I would contact the support team here, Adobe Connect Help | Adobe Connect Support, and see if they can help you resolve your issue.

    I've tried to purchase Adobe Connect at Adobe - Adobe Connect Service Plans again. I enterd required information and clicked [continue]button but no response.

    My card information is correct and entered all information completely.

    Could you tell me what was wrong with my operation?

    Unfortunately I can't. I don't work for Adobe and have no visibility as to what may be happening. You should reach out to the support team through the second link I provided. After you select any option from the drop down menu, there is an I still need help button. Click that and you should be able to start a chat session with someone at Adobe.
