Permissions on Adobe Connect to integrate API calls to Salesforce

What kind of permissions are needed on the Adobe Connect side if we are just trying to pull down event details from Adobe Connect and tie them to contacts within Salesforce?   I am an event admin and am receiving the error below when trying to make calls
