Perpetually stuck in "Preparing the Room" Adobe Connect 12

I have a trainer that is stuck in the mode of "preparing the room" when trying to host a session. This just started. I haven't seen this issue since the transition from Flash to HTML5. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks!

    This is usually a sign of some network issue. Often it is due to the connection to the meeting server being denied but the network policies. With the release of the Enhanced Audio/Video Experience, there are new ports and protocols being used to delver the meeting. So organizations that were configured to allow traffic to support Classic and Standard mode may need to update their traffic whitelisting to allow the new flow of data.
