plans could not be loaded

I bought a discounted one-year Creative Cloud Pro student package, but now I keep getting a "couldn't load plans" error when I log in to my profile. I can't view my current plan, and when I try to change or cancel a plan, it doesn't work. This error keeps popping up everywhere. I've tried accessing it from other browsers, but the result remains the same.
