poor connection during meeting

IPS is verison Fios with sufficient upload and download speed, passed the webcast test have all add ons. connection is fine untill the meeting start connectivity flactuates and causes latency and time outs.

Verizon checked from there side everything is ok , refered me back to Adobe . what can i do ?

    I had a similar problem a few weeks ago. Everything seemed fine until I

    started recording the meeting when suddenly I noticed some serious latency

    in the video. I had to lower the quality of the video to improve it but

    unfortunately not quickly enough and the latency was captured in the

    recording. I called the Adobe help line and they were of no help

    whatsoever. They were trying to blame the problem on my cameras yet had no

    explanation as to why the cameras only created the latency when the

    recording was active.
