Poor Connection in Host Service
We are using Adobe Connect Host Service.
According to the Adobe Connect Web Link provided, we think we are using the datacenter in Singapore.
In Oct, we can have Web Meeting with our customer in England from Hong Kong. The Video and Voice quality is excellent.
However, in Nov, we found the both Video and Voice quality becomes very poor.
We had set the bandwidth to Modem but the voice quality still has a great delay.
What can we do to improve the situation?
Can I find the technical support for this issue?
