Poor Connection in Host Service

We are using Adobe Connect Host Service.

According to the Adobe Connect Web Link provided, we think we are using the datacenter in Singapore.

In Oct, we can have Web Meeting with our customer in England from Hong Kong. The Video and Voice quality is excellent.

However, in Nov, we found the both Video and Voice quality becomes very poor.

We had set the bandwidth to Modem but the voice quality still has a great delay.

What can we do to improve the situation?

Can I find the technical support for this issue?

    As always, the support contacts are always posted on the main Adobe Support page:

    When you purchased Hosted Connect Services you should have received support contact information. That contact information would have been to the Tier Two Support organization. The link above goes to the non-paid Tier One Support so it would be best to use Tier Two for this but if you have lost that information you'll need to use the standard support line.

    Additionally, when you are in your Connect room there is the HELP menu and that includes links to In-Session Support (Support focussed on immediate room issues).
