Poor Support!

Can't log in to paid subscription ConnectNow. "Ongoing Maintenance" error message has been up for at least 6 hours with no ability to contact Support and no status update. Lost client presentations. Is this the best Adobe can do?

Adobe has dropped the ConnectNow product. It was part of the re-vamp of the acrobat.com offering.

Adobe wrote (in an email from late November to all acrobat.com members):

effective January 10, 2013 — Adobe® ConnectNow will no longer be offered through Acrobat.com. However, we encourage you to consider Adobe® Connect™ for your web conferencing needs.

You can now purchase a Connect account through adobe.com or you can contact a reseller for more option on annual accounts. If you are looking for a simple, cost effective option, then purchasing through adobe.com is probably the best solution as an individual.

If you have a Connect account you can check the server environment of accounts hosted with Adobe here:

    Adobe Connect support is awful!

There is no way to create a case.

The phone menu doesn't mention Connect. (1-800-443-8158).

The website Contact page has not worked for years:

Can someone at Adobe show its loyal users some love?

Please call 1800-422 3623 and use option 1 for In Meeting support if you are on an enterprise license (branded url), or let me know how I can help with your issue or escalation of tickets.
