Possible to combine VOIP & Telephone Conference call in same session?

Is it possible to use VOIP AND a telephone conference call together in the same Adobe Connect session? If so, how?

    It is possible, but the UV needs to be provided by an ouside provider.  And the dial-in voice access still will not follow users to any breakout rooms.
