Powerpoint issue in Adobe Connect.

We have a powerpoint that contains alot of animation that is not running smoothly in Adobe. The movement gets ahead of the slide background. I have tried using Presenter to zip the file but that did not fix the issue. Any suggestions?

Hi jud811,

If you are not seeing Session Time Out warning dialog box then the issue may not be related to the one mentioned on connectusers.com.

Can you please elaborate what you mean by 'The movement gets ahead of the slide background'? We may need your PPTX file to have a look at what might be the issue.

Thanks

I'm checking with the presenters on the Session Time Out warning dialog box appearing. But to elaborate on the issue, we have a cartoon-style car rolling down the highway with a police car following with the background being a desert scene. The cars control to move but the background of the desert and the highway disappear so all that appears on the slide are the two cars. Does that help clarify?

To be honest, didnt help much..

Can u send the PPTX file at sameerpuri87@gmail.com along with all the assets (Audio/Video) that you may be using? The content that you are using inside the PPTX may not be a supported type, so animations wont work, but i can only confirm after looking at the PPTX.

Btw, just to confirm again, which version of Presenter are you using? And i guess you aren't facing the Session time out issue?

Thanks

I believe this is a known issue in Presenter 9. This is being discussed in the following forum threads, which I would keep an eye on for the answer.
