Ppt/Presenter content stopped auto running

Question

I've just noticed that whatever ppt file I publish, even with
autoplay and 5 sec duration, when shared in Connect Pro it just
sits there on slide 1, not moving.

Any ideas? tried this on two different PCs and two different
Connect Pro main (hosted) accounts

In the share pod you will need to select the pod options menu and view presentation play bar. Then press play. The presentation doesn't auto play in the share pod because Connect makes the assumption that you will want to pre-load the presentation and have it ready to play when you decide, not when it loads.
