PPt's not loading from Content Library

One of my co-workers is having an issue with PPT's not loading into her meeting room from the Content Library.  Once pulled into the meeting room, the doc looks like it is loading, however it stays in that mode and never loads.  Any thoughts or ideas why this may be happening.  Thanks!

    Hi

    Lynn

I am an executive from adobe connect support , i have a few quick suggestions and tips for you . You can try opening the ppt itself in the content library or using the url in different browsers and a very common reason for this could be that the permisson for that particular ppt file please make it public .Another common reason for this could be that the ppt file may contain some extra non supported content like animations so you might need to publish the same ppt using adobe presenter .

    Thank You

First I uploaded the ppt into my content library.  Tried to open it in my meeting room and it would not open. Next I converted it into a pptx and had the same results.  From the content library and from using the url in a browser I cannot open the document.  If this is a permission issue, how do I know the permission settings and how to I change the settings if needed.

Also there is no animation in the ppt, however there is some graphic that I don't belive should have any thing to do with the issue.

    Thank you for you help.
