Preparing Meeting Room stalls and then doesn't load, tried a few times on 2 different laptops

Preparing Meeting Room stalls and then doesn't load, tried a few times on 2 different laptops. I can not wait around or expect my participants to sit around with the same issue.. 

I also have the same issue, and the worst part is that you can't even get direct realtime support from Adobe.. frustrating! 

Any suggestions?
