Presentation can`t be seen in the share pod

What might be the reason if a presentation can`t be seen (there is only a grey share pod). Audio is o.K.. All other pods are visuable and can be used. Some basics: Operating system: windows XP, Firefox version: 12.0, Flash player: 11.2.202.0235, Adobe Acrobat: 9.5.1.283 -> all versions are supported. There have never been problems before like this. This problem is not caused by Firefox configuration of popup blocker or plugins/add ons.

I hope somebody has an idea.

    I believe this is a known bug that is set to be fixed in the next service pack release (due out in June).
