Presenter 11.1 assets not installed

I purchased and downloaded Adobe Presenter 11.1 on a Windows 10 machine.  When I tried to insert a scene I got a message that the asset was not present locally.  It presented me with a link to the Adobe Presenter Asset Installer that led to a blank screen.  I can find the asset zip file or access the asset installer so that I can start learning the application. 

Question:  Where do I find those assets and how do I install them?
