Presenter 11 - Installed but unable to open

Using corporate cloud subscription..  have downloaded Adobe Presenter, can see in the Powerpoint Ribbon but any time I click on anything in the Presenter Ribon.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted etc.  Need to create a elearning course due next week... need some help please!!!!!  Thank you!

As mentioned above,  I am using a corporate cloud subscription..  I have downloaded Adobe Presenter and I can see Presenter 11 in the Powerpoint Ribbon.  However, anytime I click on anything in the Presenter Ribon, I receive the message in the dialogue box below.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted etc.  Need to create a elearning course due next week - May 28... need some help please!!!!!  Thank you!
