Presenter 6.2 will not install

I was hoping someone could help me out. I have a client who is trying to install Presenter 6.2. They are running Windows XP with Office 2007. When they try to install Presenter 6, they get a message, very early in the setup, that says that they cannot install the plugin. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Any feedback would be appreciated.

You may be running into an issue of permissions on the computer. Have you tried installing Presenter when logged in as an administrator?

Thanks for your reply. This had occurred to me as well. Unfortunately, it does not seem this simple. Any other thoughts on what might cause this?
